震動按摩槍的選購

相信每一位從業的教練一定都曾被學員問過“教練,有沒有推薦的按摩槍?”、“教練,我該買按摩槍嗎?”

究竟,震動按摩槍的功效如何、選購時又該注意些什麼?

但其實,專門關於手持式震動器材的研究並沒有大家想像地這麼多,但如果是關於震動治療的效果倒是滿多篇的。


關於震動治療,一般以10~55Hz之間居多。

若要以放鬆肌肉為主,建議的頻率落在20~60Hz。若要增加血流量,則建議30~50Hz為佳。針對消除延遲性肌肉痠痛,無論是訓練前還是訓練後,使用30~65Hz的震動按摩都有效果。

若頻率高達100~200Hz,則容易讓肌肉產生收縮。(但也有止痛的效果)

一篇研究指出震動按摩槍跟運動後拉筋伸展比較起來,在減少肌肉疼痛指數(CK值)和發炎反應上,其實並沒有額外的好處。

目前也沒有研究顯示手持式震動器材能夠提升肌力或是運動表現(例如,肌肉收縮速度、垂直跳高度、衝刺、耐力…等)。 


但為何還是幾乎人手一支呢?

撇除受廣告的渲染影響,大部分的從業人員會使用按摩槍主要是出於方便、省力,讓工作起來更有效率。

畢竟目前已受研究肯定的好處有:

  • 增加血流量

  • 增加關節活動度

  • 減少DOMS

光是以上幾點,就值得大家投資看看。

現今市面上的按摩槍,價位從1~2千至近2萬元都有。

在選購上,除了上述所說的頻率外,也需參考打擊力道,這些都會影響使用上的舒適度。實用面上則應再加考慮電池的續航力、機身重量與噪音問題。

如果價格對你來說不是一種負擔,震動按摩槍確實是一項“非必要”但不錯的恢復器材。
